Walk for Autism – Benefiting Autism Society Greater Hudson Region
Join us for One Walk. One Goal. Total Acceptance, a community celebration in support of the Autism Society Greater Hudson Region and its five core service areas: Advocacy, Education, Support, Community Events, and Information & Referral.
📍 Location: Central Park, Schenectady, NY. Registration is free and check-in will take place at the pavilion. From there, participants will begin the walk, which circles the scenic pond.
👣 Along the walk route, enjoy interactive movement activities designed for all ages and abilities.
🎉 Before and after the walk, explore a range of inclusive activities and resources at the pavilion area, including:
- Shaved Ice by Kona Ice
- Face painting by PremoDesigns
- Photo booth by Image for A Cause
- Raffles
- Community resource tables
- Sensory-friendly break stations
- A visit from our beloved mascot, Quackerjack!
